Become a matcha sensei in seconds

1. Scoop approximately 1-2 grams of matcha (2 bamboo scoops or 1 teaspoon).

2. Sift into a bowl, to avoid any lumps.

3. Pour over approximately 70-80ml of warm water (80°C).

The water must not be boiling !!

4. With a bamboo whisk, stir the matcha in zig-zag motion until fine foam appears on the surface.

5. That’s it!

Enjoy as pure tea with a dash of honey or agave syrup.

Or add plant-based milk for a creamy latte.
